This contains the Sector Starter theme. Previously this was part of the Sector distribution.
In the 5.0.x branch of Sector this was deprecated and in the 9.1.x branch this is going to be removed.
Leaving this here for history and so old Sector based projects can require it if it is a still a dependency for them in the future.
